That's why when ordering your carpet, artificial turf, rug or runner on RugStreet.com, you will be able to view all applicable shipping charges and taxes before submitting your credit card information.
Shipping carpets & rugs nationwide
Most of our carpet and rug products are stocked in our Chandler, Arizona warehouse and are ready to ship within 24-48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Generally orders will arrive in your hands within 2-6 business days. Our standard method of shipping is FedEx Ground, however we are able to ship overnight, 2nd Day and Express Saver (3-Day Shipping).
All standard orders placed after 10 am on weekdays will ship the next business day. Please keep in mind that orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday will ship the next business day. Please allow extra production time for custom orders. We can typically ship custom orders in 5-7 business days, but some may take up to three weeks.

Oversized carpet products
Please note some of our items, such as rolls of carpet, are oversized items that cannot be shipped by FedEx or similar methods of shipping; these products will need to be shipped truck freight. Oversized items are clearly identified on our website with the comment: **Freight Shipping Required** Please contact customer service for a shipping quote on oversized items.
If you live in metro Phoenix, or come to the Valley regularly, all of our products are available for pick up at our Chandler store if you have a suitable vehicle for transport. Products can be picked up at our carpet warehouse Monday through Thursday from 7am to 3:30pm and Friday from 7am to 2:30pm.
