A business does not enjoy such longevity in any industry without providing excellent products and outstanding customer service - Rug Street will do our absolute best not to disappoint!
Our expertise allows us to firmly stand behind our specialty carpet and rug products; we want our customers to be 100% satisfied so if you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return the new unused carpet, rug or runner to our carpet store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that custom-made products are non-refundable, unless the items are defective or there was an error on our behalf.

Rug Street returns policy
We take pride in our carpet products and our service, and by ensuring our customers are well informed about the items they purchase, we do minimize the need for returns.
But on the rare occasions that a return is necessary, we expect items to be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were shipped. The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise properly; the product may be refused if it is returned soiled or damaged. Insuring your return is recommended because we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
All returns must be approved by us, and given an RA# (Return Authorization Number) prior to shipping back to our warehouse. If the product is being returned due to the item being defective or due to a Rug Street error, we will pay the shipping costs on approved returns. In all other cases the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and is expected to package the return merchandise properly.
Once we receive and have processed the returned merchandise, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. Please keep in mind it may take several days for your bank to process the refund.
